Board and Train

What to expect:

This program can vary from 1 week to 6 weeks depending on what your goals are, & the severity of your dogs behavior/ how long they've practiced it for. Whether you have a puppy who needs a great start to life, an older dog who has some well practiced problem behaviors, a new adoption that needs to learn the basics of living outside of a shelter, or a dog that is ready to learn some advanced obedience, off leash skills, etc - we can customize this program for you. Prior to drop off we will discuss in detail our training plan and come up with a duration that we think works best for dog and owner to set you up for success as a team! Open communication and honesty is very important to us, so if we feel your dogs stay should be shortened or lengthened during their time with us, we will reach out to discuss immediately. We do the reps for you to make a change to those difficult problem behaviors, or to shape and introduce new behaviors. We welcome all ages, sizes, and breeds. Our board and trains include 1 mid program training session per week (either in person or virtually) where you get to see what your dog has been learning, 1 go home session in your home on the last day of your dogs program , and 1 follow up session to work out any kinks once your dog is back home with you for about a week. We also send weekly video updates and are available by text throughout your dogs stay. Please note that we do not accept aggression cases of any kind in this program due to the nature of this program being run at our private family ranch which is home to our 5 personal dogs, 3 kittens, 9 goats, 2 horses, a few pigs, 11 chickens, and a duck, plus a few humans. We very much care for the emotional and physical safety and wellbeing of each of our animals (and ourselves) and we make it a priority to protect this space and our peace. If you need help with an aggression case of any kind we offer private sessions in your home or a neutral space of your choosing. Thank you for understanding.
